md1 is not liable for losses incurred due to misuse or unlawful actions by the user. We disclaim any liability for consequential damages arising from platform unavailability, errors, or disputes.
Accounts may be suspended or closed for violations of Terms, suspicious activity, or at md1’s sole discretion. Funds related to such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
